Christian has been observing Swiss and global drug policy for more than a decade. As a collaborator at the Federal Office of Police he is, among others, responsible for liaising with public health/harm reduction programmes. He is member of the Advisory Group to the Law Enforcement and HIV Network (LEAHN).
