Dr. Martin Schwegmann, geboren 1975, leitet seit 2013 »Actors of Urban Change«, ein Programm der Robert Bosch Stiftung in Kooperation mit MitOst e. V. in Berlin. Er ist Mitbegründer der Urban Research Group am Georg Simmel Zentrum für Metropolenforschung der HU Berlin und hat seinen Schwerpunkt im Bereich internationaler kooperativer Stadtentwicklung, Urban Commons und Partizipation. 

Dr. Martin Schwegmann, born 1975, has run „Actors of Urban Change“ since 2013, which is a program of the Robert Bosch Stiftung in cooperation with MitOst e.V. in Berlin. He is cofounder and member of the Urban Research Group at the Georg Simmel Center of HU Berlin. His focus lies on international cooperative urban development, urban commons and participation.
